About Cara

Encouraging people to live life to their fullest potential, Cara Jones captivates her audience with her incredible story and leaves people inspired and ready to create change in their lives. Through real life examples she creates and delivers riveting, memorable presentations that engage and transform audiences by making the benefits of positive mental attitude, clear and relevant to everyone.

Cara owns and operates Intuitive Eye Productions, a photography and video company in Antigonish, Nova Scotia. An award winning visual artist and documentary filmmaker, she has been featured on Eastlink Magazine, Podium TV, and In Conversations. Her art work has been reviewed by Visual Arts Nova Scotia and she has been profiled by Nova Scotia Come to Life. Her 2006 film Roadrunner, a documentary about a young man with Cerebral Palsy, continues to be used in Nova Scotia public schools, education conferences and universities for teaching purposes. In 2007, her documentary, Yesterdays News, premiered at Hot Docs, Toronto's International Documentary Film Festival, and went on to win three awards and travel the international documentary film festival circuit. She continues to travel internationally as a videographer and photographer.

Cara's experience of overcoming great adversity in her life creates a platform that educates the audience in establishing the life they desire by using obstacles as road maps towards success and an abundant life. Using these principles in her life coaching practice, Cara strives to help others connect with their true potential.
